Harborwalk™ Homesites:

• Manned or carded gated entry
• Central water and sewer is provided by the City of Hitchcock
• Electricity and natural gas is provided by Center Point Energy
• Internet service and cable television is provided by Comcast
• Phone service is provided by AT&T
• Interior private canal widths vary from 65' to over 100'
• Depths average 6' in private canals and 7' in marina canals below mean tide
• The canals are private and are owned by the Property Owners Association
• The Flamingo Isles Municipal Utility District maintains the canals
• Homesite owners are not required to build with-in a specified amount of time from date of purchase
• Owners may choose any builder desired; however, the builder must meet certain restrictions and be approved by the Harborwalk
• Development Review Committee (DRC)
• There are deed restrictions and builder guidelines for all residential homesites

Harborwalk™ Yacht Club:

• Each club membership is for the family, including full privileges for spouses and unmarried children under the age of 25
• The Yacht Club sponsors programs and activities appealing to family members of all ages
• Members are entitled to have guests and crew members when accompanied by a Harborwalk member
• Transient guests have temporary yacht club privileges
• Members who own a residence, homesite or boat in the Harborwalk Community or Marina will be permitted to arrange for the transfer of their membership to the subsequent purchaser of their residence or homesite, based on approval
